2. Online Store We sell products through this Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order - acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

Prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Delivery We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery is 2-3 working days from dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. If ordered before 1pm between Monday - Friday the products will be dispatched the same working day. 

  • Orders over £20 - FREE delivery
  • Orders under £20 - £3.99 delivery

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, including delays caused by Royal Mail or other third-party carriers.

4. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. In summary:

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@itsgivingdrinks.com
  • Because our products are food and drink, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of confirmation

5. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
