Shipping Policy
We aim to get your IT'S GIVING order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way, including your Royal Mail tracking number.
Delivery We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery is 2-3 working days from dispatch. If ordered before 1pm between Monday - Friday the products will be dispatched the same working day.
Please note delivery timescales are estimates and may be subject to delays outside of our control, including during busy periods or due to Royal Mail service disruption.
Delivery Costs
- Orders over £20 - FREE delivery
- Orders under £20 - £3.99 delivery
Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email or text message with a link to track your order.
Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
Missing or Late Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch at customercare@fizzwithpurpose.com and we'll look into it straight away.
