IT'S GIVING - Refund & Returns Policy
We want every order to land perfectly.
If something isn't right, we'll always do our best to make it right.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or we've sent the wrong item, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@itsgivingdrinks.com. It helps to include a photo so we can understand the issue quickly. From there, we'll arrange either a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method - whichever you prefer.
Change of mind Because our products are food and drink, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been placed. If you have any questions before ordering, we're happy to help.
Refunds Once confirmed, refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-7 working days.
Delivery We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order. Delivery is estimated within 2-3 working days from dispatch. If ordered before 1pm between Monday - Friday the products will be dispatched the same working day.
